Provincial Sites

While this national site is where people sign the freedom declaration, the provincial sites are where the action will really be.

Each provincial site will be run by a provincial support team. It will be their mission to serve the support teams of each electoral district in their province.

Currently, we are building the union one province at a time. BC was our initial test site, and now our attention is on Ontario. Each time a support team is formed in an electoral districts in Ontario, a menu item is created on peoplesunionofontario.ca, where the support team for that district can list local freedom groups and non-discriminatory businesses, and create posts about news and events within their electoral district.

Support teams consist of 5-8 people that live in the electoral district, and each member can expect to be devoting about 5 hours per week of their time. Unlike most organizations, which mandate from the top down, the decentralized network structure of the People’s Union ensures that the power, and the freedom to choose, always remains with the individual. For a more in-depth understanding please refer to the tab ‘The Decentralized Network.’

And so, although they will be given some direction and guidelines, each district support team will be fully at choice as to how they want to support freedom and build the union in their district.

Once it gains traction, and all the provinces and territories are activated, the People’s Union of Canada has the flexibility to grow into a parallel society that systematically protects and promotes human freedom, as each empowered community walks away from the tyrannical aspects of the old system, one step at a time.
