Welcome to the People's Union!

Kellen Niagara

My name is Richard Enos. My journey has taken me from a Masters degree in Existential Philosophy to an 8-year adventure as a computer programmer; then a few years living in Korea teaching English at the University of Seoul, and back to Canada to become a certified life coach; then over to India for an intensive Yoga Teacher’s Training course, and then back to Canada as a writer for Collective Evolution and my own website Dao Coaching, which investigates the most profound and symbiotic truths about the outer World and the inner Self.

I have been motivated to learn much about Natural Law and the workings of the current governance and rulership on the planet, always with a budding vision of a far better way of life for all inhabitants, exemplified in my book Parables for the New Conversation. This vision is grounded in a new, decentralized social, economic and political infrastructure that will be hard-wired to promote and protect our inherent freedom as individuals.

Since the ‘Pandemic’ began I have sprung into action defending the rights and freedoms of my family, and of the people of the country at large. I  have been writing articles about the fraud as far back as April 1st, 2020, fought for and obtained a conscientious mask exemption for my son, spoken at one protest on behalf of my wife and her Air Canada colleagues, and produced a documentary entitled The Leaderless Movement from another. More recently, In July 2021 I took four months away from my writing and journalism to design and administrate a website called Freedom Rising that has now brought together over 300 freedom groups in Canada and many more internationally.

It feels to me that all this has helped to prepare me for my latest project, which I may possibly be involved with for the rest of my life. The People’s Union of Canada promises to be a bold an experiment in how to walk away from the tyranny of a control system of governance within a country, one step at a time.

Background to the People's Union

We are living through tumultuous times. But this is not by accident. Although it is uncomfortable for many, we should be grateful that the veil is lifting on the powerful ‘inverted reality’ that we have lived in all our lives.

By ‘inverted reality’ I am simply referring to an engineered system of governance built upon lies and deception rather than truth. The slogans used by the ruling class in George Orwell’s novel 1984 illustrate this powerfully:

War is Peace. Freedom is Slavery. Ignorance is Strength.

It has been difficult for many to face the fact that their current mainstream perception is founded on exactly these types of contradictions. Slowly this is changing, in part because the ruling class has had to accelerate their plans to achieve their agenda of control.

If we are to stand our ground against their tyrannical agenda, we need a critical mass of people to see that the very social, political and economic systems we have been living under do not support life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Rather, they were designed so that the majority of humanity would eventually be subdued and enslaved by the self-anointed ruling class.

The antidote, I believe, does not fundamentally rest in toppling the ruling class in a bloody revolution. For whenever this has been done, the vacuum of power is always filled quickly by opportunists waiting in the wings to exert their ‘more benevolent’ form of control on the population. No, I believe the time has come to start building a new system for those in our country who believe that they are innately free, and want to live as sovereign beings.

“You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”

The Inspiration

The idea for the People’s Union of Canada was first conceived by Paula Tucci of Stand Up Canada, when she gained an understanding of the effectiveness of the ‘Solidarity’ Trade Union in Poland in the 1980s. This union launched a broad anti-bureaucratic social movement, using methods of civil resistance to advance the causes of workers’ rights and social change.

The current political climate in Canada today is a bit different from Poland almost half a century ago.  Government mandates in Canada are slowly segregating people of conscience from society, shutting down their ability to earn a living or have access to education, health care, and other public facilities. This has inevitably forced those who believe in freedom to start thinking about how to create opportunities for themselves outside of the system.

While some are thinking about going completely off the grid, buying land somewhere and creating conscious communities, most don’t have the means or the inclination to make such a significant move. For those of us staying where we are, our form of civil resistence will be to come together and live and work freely as we step away from the control, taxation and regulation of the old system. Already we are seeing doctors and nurses who have been fired from their jobs leaving their regulatory bodies and starting to create new choice-centered health clinics. Teachers and students who have been shut out of their schools are coming together under alternative education programs. And businesses of all kinds are emerging that are working to accommodate freedom of choice and consent for employees and customers alike.

It’s exciting to see these bold, creative initiatives emerging from the bowels of tyranny and oppression. If you are like me, you just want to fully support these endeavors. When Paula told me that she was guided to reserve the domain URL ‘PeoplesUnionofCanada.ca’ as well as URLs for all 10 provinces and 3 territories (i.e. PeoplesUnionofOntario.ca, etc.), it crystallized in my mind the breakdown for an underlying support structure for these new initiatives, a decentralized human network connecting ALL localities in Canada.

This will be a living experiment that grows stronger and more powerful over time, with the long-term goal of slowly shifting a nation from the tyranny of a top-down control structure to one of self-governance from the bottom up. The People’s Union of Canada aims to offer complete and unfailing support to sovereign beings and collectives across the country, themselves living experiments in establishing human freedom as the foundation of our experience in the world.
